Operational systems for recurring work

Build the systemaround the work.

Korvu designs operational systems for teams managing scattered records, repeated handoffs, approvals, and exceptions. The result is a workflow people can run, review, and improve.

The Korvu method

Own the path.
Keep the work legible.

AI is not the operating model. Korvu starts with the actual work, gives AI a defined job, keeps accountable people at the decision point, and uses operating evidence to decide what comes next.

01 / MAP

Map the real process

Make the trigger, source material, handoffs, current tools, decision owner, and useful output visible before choosing technology.

02 / DEFINE

Define the decision

Choose the task AI will support—search, prepare, compare, summarize, draft, route, or report—and name the accountable decision owner.

03 / BUILD

Configure the operating layer

Build the agent, dashboard, project harness, workflow rule, or application around the existing operation rather than forcing the work into a generic platform.

04 / MEASURE

Measure and improve

Track handling time, correction, rework, cycle time, or another operating measure. Proceed, revise, or stop from evidence—not novelty.

KEO // operations workspacePlate 10 — evidence console

Configurable operating system // KEO workspace

Keep every request, decision, and source connected.

KEO is Korvu’s customer-ready workspace for document-heavy, approval-driven operations. It coordinates work from intake through review, decision, exception handling, reconciliation, and reporting.

Customer ready

  • Tracks requests, reviews, approvals, handoffs, and unresolved exceptions
  • Links decisions to source records, responsible owners, and status history
  • Coordinates work across existing document, finance, project, and reporting systems
  • Configures roles, workflow stages, integrations, and reporting around each customer’s operation

The operator

Operations discipline.
Technical judgment.

Korvu combines operations thinking with technical architecture to make operating changes understandable, useful, and maintainable. AI receives a defined role; accountable people retain the decisions.

The model can change. The workflow stays yours.

Keep workflow logic, source requirements, and decision ownership separate from any one model. The operating system remains understandable and maintainable as technology changes.

Choose the engagement

Start with the work that needs control.

Korvu offers two ways to begin: a full engagement for operating-system design and implementation, or a focused virtual Office Hour.

Design + implementation

Full engagement

Design, configure, or implement an operating system around recurring work. Korvu scopes the workflows, sources, handoffs, decision rights, integrations, and operating result, then determines whether KEO, custom workflow work, or both fit.

Discuss a full engagement

Focused advisory

$200 virtual Office Hour

Prepay for one 60-minute online session to create a 14-day test plan around one recurring commercial workflow.

Start with one operating problem

Talk through the workflow.

Describe the recurring work that feels too scattered, too manual, or ready for a better operating system. Korvu can help determine whether the right next step is a full engagement or a focused virtual Office Hour.

A few sentences are enough. Do not include confidential, regulated, or sensitive information.
